To be successful in getting a handle on your finances, you must have a budget. A budget is simply a spending plan. It starts with knowing where all your money is spent.

Track Spending and Create a Budget
I suggested in an earlier post that in order to track your spending, a small notebook is a good option to record expenditures.
After using your notebook, you can record them on a worksheet I created. All members spending money in your household need to combine their notebook entries on to the worksheet.
Then the spending plan worksheets can be put into a 3-ring binder by month.
Here is a FREE download to record your spending. Let me know if this worksheet helps you on your financial journey.
